Starting Monday Nov 5th, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Level 2 Course – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is the next stage on from the Beginners Course and will increase your knowledge of yoga’s benefits and philosophy. As well as practicing all that was learnt in the Beginners Course, you also learn a new pranayama (breathing practice) and more asanas (postures) to complete the Sivananda yoga sequence, to be ready for drop-in classes. There are simple variations of each posture to meet everyone’s needs.

Starting Tuesday Nov 6th, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Course Level 1 – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is aimed at complete beginners, but is also great for those wanting to refresh or reconnect with yoga. Learn asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and end each session with a guided deep relaxation, all taught in a gentle and nourishing way. Receive the many benefits which yoga offers – reduction of stress, better sleep, improved flexibility & strength, clarity of mind and much more.
