Starting Monday 7th Jan, 6-7.30pm: Drop-in Yoga Class (Sivananda / Hatha Yoga)
Cost: £7 (discounted block bookings available on request)

Location: Penrhiwllan Village Hall, Penrhiwllan, SA44 5NL (4 miles outside Newcastle Emlyn)

Drop-in Traditional Yoga Class – based around Sivananda and Hatha Yoga. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. Aimed at those who have previously practiced yoga, but all are welcome. Beginners course is recommended for those who are completely new to yoga.

Starting Tuesday 8th Jan, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Level 2 Course – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is the next stage on from the Beginners Course and will increase your knowledge of yoga’s benefits and philosophy. As well as practicing all that was learnt in the Beginners Course, you also learn a new pranayama (breathing practice) and more asanas (postures) to complete the Sivananda yoga sequence, to be ready for drop-in classes. There are simple variations of each posture to meet everyone’s needs.

Starting Wednesday 9th Jan, 3.15-4.45pm: 6 Week Beginners Course Level 2 – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is the next stage on from the Beginners Course and will increase your knowledge of yoga’s benefits and philosophy. As well as practicing all that was learnt in the Beginners Course, you also learn a new pranayama (breathing practice) and more asanas (postures) to complete the Sivananda yoga sequence, to be ready for drop-in classes. There are simple variations of each posture to meet everyone’s needs.

Starting Friday 11th Jan, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Level 1 Course – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is aimed at complete beginners, but is also great for those wanting to refresh or reconnect with yoga. Learn asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and end each session with a guided deep relaxation, all taught in a gentle and nourishing way.
