Mondays 6-7.30pm: Drop-in Yoga Class (Sivananda / Hatha Yoga) Cost: £7 (discounted block bookings available on request)

Location: Penrhiwllan Village Hall, Penrhiwllan, SA44 5NL (4 miles outside Newcastle Emlyn) **Please note there’s no class on the 25th Feb 2019**

Drop-in Traditional Yoga Class – based around Sivananda and Hatha Yoga. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. Aimed at those who have previously practiced yoga, but all are welcome. Beginners course is recommended for those who are completely new to yoga.

Starting Tuesday 5th March, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Course – £42

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

This is aimed at complete beginners, but is also great for those wanting to refresh or reconnect with yoga. Learn asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and end each session with a guided deep relaxation, all taught in a gentle and nourishing way. Receive the many benefits which yoga offers – reduction of stress, better sleep, improved flexibility & strength, clarity of mind and much more. Starting Wednesday 6th March, 3.15-4.30pm: Hatha Yoga Drop-in – £6

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

Drop-in Hatha Yoga Class – Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. This is a more gentle class aimed at all levels – beginners are welcome.
