Mondays: 4 week Introduction to Yoga (16th-September – 7th October) – Penrhiwllan Hall: 7.30-8.30pm

Wednesdays: 6 week Beginners Yoga Course (18th September – 23rd October) – Cenarth Primary School: 6-7.30pm

Mondays 6-7.30pm: Drop-in Yoga Class (Sivananda / Hatha Yoga) Cost: £7 (discounted block bookings available on request)

Location: Penrhiwllan Village Hall, Penrhiwllan, SA44 5NL (4 miles outside Newcastle Emlyn) 

Drop-in Traditional Yoga Class – based around Sivananda and Hatha Yoga. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. Aimed at those who have previously practiced yoga, but all are welcome. Wednesday’s drop-in classes are recommended for those who are completely new to yoga.

Tuesdays 6-7.30pm: 3 Week Blocks of Gentle Yoga – £18 (or £6.50 1 session – space dependent) Pre-book only

Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

Prebook only. This is aimed at those with various physical challenges or anyone looking for a more gentle yoga class. Enjoy gentle asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen the body, pranayama (breathing practices) to reduce stress and increase clarity, then we end each session with a guided deep relaxation, to deeply relax on every level. Location: The Old Grammar School, Water Street, Newcastle Emlyn

Drop-in Hatha Yoga Class – Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. This is a more gentle class aimed at all levels – beginners are welcome.

This is a short taster course aimed at complete beginners, but is also great for those wanting to refresh or reconnect with yoga. We start with the basics and then build up your practice, learning asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and we end each session with a short guided deep relaxation, all taught in a gentle and nourishing way. Receive the many benefits which yoga offers – reduction of stress, better sleep, improved flexibility & strength, clarity of mind and much more. Starting Wednesday 18th September, 6-7.30pm: 6 Week Beginners Course – £42
