Saturday occasional Yin Yoga Workshop @ Penrhiwllan Hall: 10-11,30am – £10 – click here for more info. Yin Yoga focuses on longer holds using blocks (if you have any), cushions (bring 2) and a blanket to allow us to relax our muscles and reach the connective tissue/fascia. This also induces a more meditative practice and can bring about emotional releases, as working on a deeper level. All are welcome as you just hold the posture for whatever time feels right for you.
