Seasonal Peak Pose Recordings:  (PICK 2 from each season *Spring & Summer options to follow later in year)  – in these recordings we work our way up to a ‘Peak Pose’ which I connected with a season. 1hr including final relaxation: we warm up/strengthen/stabilise/stretch certain parts of the body. I’ve included links for these poses incase you’re unsure of what they are.
 
Autumn: Peak Pose recordings (PICK 2): Warrior 2 OR Warrior 3 (modify to suit – use wall if need be) OR Padahastasana (standing forward fold)

Winter: Peak Pose recordings (PICK 2): Downward DogBoatDancing Warrior

 

Focus Recordings: each offer 3 x 30min session. (PICK 2) Knees, OR Core, OR Hips, OR Glutes, Legs & Arms

 

EXTRA Recordings: (PICK 4) – 45min-1hr recordings without final relaxation – you receive a 15min final relaxation video separately which you can add onto the end of you wish – or listen by itself:
