ONLINE CLASSES for the coming weeks using ZOOM Meetings:

** You can book a free 15min ‘INTRO to Yoga’  consultation if you are interested in trying one of my online yoga sessions for the first time. From the comfort of your own home, learn the basics and gain confidence to join in online sessions in the future. Please fill in this form. Consult your GP if you have any health issues.

Mon (every other): Early Bird Yoga: 8.30-9.30am – £6

Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutations and asanas (postures) to move the spine in each direction to set you up for the day & ends with a short guided relaxation. Start your week by nourishing your body, mind and soul. Previous yoga experience required.

Wed: Gentle Hatha Yoga: 2-3.15pm – £6

Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. This is a more gentle class aimed at all levels – beginners are welcome.

Wed: General Level Hatha Yoga:  6-7.15pm – £6

Traditional Yoga Class – based around Sivananda and Hatha Yoga. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. It helps to have previously practiced yoga, but all are welcome.

Thurs: Gentle Hatha Yoga: 6-7.15pm – £6 (*Please note time change to 7.30-8.30pm on 25th June)

Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. This is a more gentle class aimed at all levels – beginners are welcome.

Fri (every other): Strengthening Hatha Yoga: 10-11am – £6

Traditional Yoga Class – based around Sivananda and Hatha Yoga focusing on longer holds which induces a more meditative practice as well as deeply strengthening the body. Includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) & ends with short guided relaxation. All are welcome as you just hold the posture for whatever time feels right for you.
