Is General Level Yoga the right type of yoga for you?

General Level Yoga

A Hatha Yoga session which is suitable for those who have a reasonable level of fitness and would like a bit more of a challenge. It includes pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutations, asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul. It helps to have attended yoga previously but not essential. You’ll soon pick it up :).

When and where does the General Level Yoga session run?

Wednesday: General Yoga @ Penrhiwllan Hall (SA44 5NN), near Newcastle Emlyn – £8
Time: 6-7.15pm

What to wear and bring?

Wear something comfortable for stretching in, but also that you will be warm in as the halls can sometimes be a little chilly. Bring ‘grippy socks’ or many do yoga in bare feet. I have spare yoga mats if you need one – just let me know. Also please bring a blanket to cover yourself with for the final relaxation.
