Is Gentle Yoga the right type of yoga for you?
Gentle Yoga is great for beginners, those wishing to refresh their practice, and suits those who maybe have a few physical challenges, like back/shoulder issues etc. This session still challenges you to stretch and strengthen the body, but the pace is slower to ensure that you can move in a way take care of yourself. The class includes breathing practices (pranayama), asanas (postures) & ends with deep guided relaxation. Connect with the deeper aspects of yoga – nourish your body, mind and soul.
